GeoKinetics' personnel have provided investigative, testing, and consulting services, as well as expert witness testimony, for clients in both the public and private sectors. Projects have included the investigation, identification of causative factors, and appropriate repairs or mitigative actions for:

• Landslides, slope creep, lateral fill extension, and other slope-related distress or instability issues.
• Deformation and distress to slab-on-grade residential and commercial foundations and the supported structures.
• Deformation and distress to pier and pile supported residential and commercial foundations and the associated structures.
• Ground movement associated with settlement, subsidence, or the effects of expansive soils.
• Structural distress and/or slope instability associated with vibrations induced by roadway traffic, subway operations, pile driving activities, or blasting operations.
• Surface and subsurface release of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, naphtha, solvents, cutting oils, PCB's, crude oil, plating solutions, lead, and other hazardous or potentially hazardous substances.
• Degradation, distress, or chemical attack to residential and commercial concrete slabs and foundations.
• The intrusion of groundwater or moisture into residential and commercial structures.
• Groundwater contamination involving petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, heavy metals, PCB's, and other contaminants.
